Voucher Offer is a service that the Board provide to customers. An Individual and/or
Entity is able to make an "offer to pay" for the License/Registration
Renewal of Licensees. Once the Voucher is created, and the licensees are attached
to it, the request is submitted, and the Licensee himself is presented with the
offer at renewal application time. When the whole of the list is processed (renewed)
and a check is received from the "offering" party, all licensees in the
list are renewed.
In the future, new services will be added to this portal as they are made available
to the public.
